POLAND - USA On a second day of his visit in the United States Polish Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki will visit defence companies including Lockheed Martin.

COMBUSTION ENGINE BAN According to a poll by United Surveys, 65% of Poles opposes European Union plan to end sales of new CO2-emitting cars in 2035, while 27% supports it, Dziennik Gazeta Prawna reports.
MORTGAGE LOANS Planned government housing support programs and lower interest rates are fuelling an increase of demand for mortgage loans, Rzeczpospolita reports.



JSW


The terms of the loan from Polish Development Fund for JSW make paying dividend from the 2022 profit impossible but talks on the matter continue, Parkiet reports. Meanwhile, JSW chief executive Tomasz Cudny expects coal prices will stabilize this year, according to the daily.
