WARSAW, April 13 (Reuters) - Further rate hikes in
Poland may be necessary to bring price growth under control,
Monetary Policy Council (MPC) member Ludwik Kotecki said on
Thursday, adding that the central banks lates inflation
forecasts may be too optimistic.
"The only possible way to prove that the MPC is watching
over inflation is to decide on further interest rate hikes," he
told private broadcaster Biznes24.
