Romania's current account deficit down at 2.61 bln euros in Jan-Feb

April 13 (Reuters) - Romania's two-month current account deficit fell to 2.61 billion euros ($2.87 billion) in January-February, central bank data showed on Thursday.


Foreign direct investment was 1,980 million euros, compared with revised 1,903 million euros in the same period of last year. Long-term external debt increased at end of February from the end of last year to 106.575 billion euros.
