FERROVIAL Ferrovial's board is scheduled to ask its shareholders to approve on Thursday a relocation of its headquarters to the Netherlands from Spain through a reverse merger with a fully owned Dutch unit.

NEINOR The company said on Wednesday it expects early redemption of all senior secured notes due 2026 to be completed on April 27. OHLA The company said it had obtained the approval from holders of its 487.3 million euro split coupon senior secured notes due 2026 to the consents and waivers to the terms of the intercreditor agreement.
