Irish house price growth slows to 22-month low of 5%

DUBLIN, April 14 (Reuters) - Irish house prices in February grew at their slowest annual pace since April 2021 with a 5% increase, Central Statistics Office data showed on Wednesday. That is one-third of the 15% growth rate seen in February last year.


On a monthly basis, prices fell 0.4% in February, the second decrease since May 2020. (Writing by Conor Humphries; Editing by Toby Chopra)
