MOSCOW, April 14 (Reuters) - Russia still plans to post
a budget deficit of no more than 2% of gross domestic product
(GDP) in 2023, Finance Minister Anton Siluanov said in a
televised interview on Friday.
Russia's federal budget balance sank to a deficit of 2.4
trillion roubles ($29.17 billion) in the first quarter of the
year as Moscow spent heavily and energy revenues fell.
