April 15 (Reuters) - Advisory firm Glass Lewis said Teck
Resources Ltd shareholders should vote against Teck's
plan to spin off its coal business, Bloomberg News reported on
Saturday.
Glass Lewis did not immediately respond to a request for
comment.
