NEW DELHI, April 17 (Reuters) - Asia's gasoline refining profit margin extended losses on Monday as market chatter around rise in exports from China soured sentiment, traders said. The crack slipped to $12.03 a barrel from $14.68 a barrel on Friday, although healthy demand in physical markets limited the downside. At the Singapore window, Vitol snapped by 100,000 barrels of gasoline, while Unipec bought 50,000 barrels of the fuel. Trade remained subdued for naphtha amid high supplies and less demand. Meanwhile, Indian state refiners posted a 6.6% fall in gasoline sales at 1.14 million tonnes in the first half of April compared with the same period last month, preliminary sales data showed.
