TOKYO, April 18 (Reuters) - Deputy Bank of Japan
Governor Shinichi Uchida said on Tuesday that fiscal constraints
would not undermine the central bank's ability of carrying out
monetary policy.
Uchida was answering questions from an opposition lawmaker
at the lower house financial committee of parliament.
