MOSCOW, April 17 (Reuters) - Russia's crude oil export duty is set to slightly increase in May to $14.4 a tonne from $14.3 a tonne in April, the finance ministry said on Monday, following a rise/decline in global oil prices. The level of duty is calculated by the finance ministry and based on monitoring of seaborne Urals crude oil prices. The ministry based the May export duty on prices recorded between March 15 and April 14.
