DUBLIN, April 18 (Reuters) - Ireland's finance minister
will publish a scoping paper in the next two weeks on the
planned establishment of a new, actively managed national
reserve fund to deal with longer term spending pressures,
Micheal McGrath said on Tuesday.
"The amount we put into the fund, it will be linked to the
(budget) surplus that we generate each year, which certainly for
the foreseeable future will be driven by the excess corporate
tax receipts," McGrath told a news conference.
