ASML : ASML Holding NV , a key supplier to computer chip makers, on Wednesday reported first quarter earnings of 1.96 billion euros ($2.15 billion) on revenues of 6.74 billion euros, besting expectations.

CREDIT AGRICOLE /WORLDLINE : Credit Agricole and Worldline announced plans to create a major player in the merchant services sector in France.

ESKER French software developer Esker posted first quarter revenues at 42.8 million euros.

EUTELSAT France-based satellite operator Eutelsat on Tuesday announced it signed a multi-year agreement with Fox Sports Mexico.
