MUMBAI, April 19 (Reuters) - India's Shriram Housing
Finance has accepted bids worth 250 million Indian rupees ($3.04
million) for bonds maturing in three years and one month, three
merchant bankers said on Wednesday.
The company will pay an annual coupon of 8.95% on the issue,
and had invited bids from bankers and investors earlier in the
day, the merchant bankers said.
The bonds are rated "AA+" by CARE Ratings and India Ratings,
and the issue will be settled on Thursday.
In March, the company had raised 750 million rupees bonds
maturing in three years at a coupon of 8.95%.
($1 = 82.2130 Indian rupees)
