MUMBAI, April 19 (Reuters) - India's Tata Capital
Financial Services Ltd plans to raise funds through the sale of
commercial papers maturing in one year, three merchant bankers
said on Wednesday.
The non-banking financial company will offer a yield of
7.80% on the issue and has received commitments worth 1.50
billion rupees ($18.3 million) so far, the bankers said.
The notes are rated A1+ by Crisil.
