MANILA, April 19 (Reuters) - The Philippines' overall
balance of payments (BOP) position recorded a surplus of $1.3
billion in March, up from a surplus of $754 million in the same
month last year, the central bank said on Wednesday.
The cumulative BOP level for January to March was at $3.5
billion, higher than the $495 million surplus in the same period
a year ago, the central bank said.
