JOHANNESBURG, April 19 (Reuters) - South African retail
sales fell 0.5% year on year in February after falling by 0.8%
in January, Statistics South Africa figures showed on Wednesday.
On a month-on-month basis, sales decreased 0.1%.
Sales in the three months to the end of February were down
0.6% compared with the same period last year, the statistics
agency said.
