SANTANDER Mexico's president on Tuesday met for talks with Ana Botin, executive chairperson of Spanish bank Santander, as the government explores financing options for a major energy deal. FERROVIAL The Ibex Technical Advisory Committee said on Tuesday it decided to include Ferrovial Internacional in Ibex 35 and Ibex 35 Construction Indices from the effective date of the reverse merger between Ferrovial and Ferrovial Internacional. ACCIONA Danish energy firm Orsted and Spanish engineering group Acciona will team up to develop new foundations for floating offshore wind turbines that cut costs and reduce carbon footprints, the two companies said on Wednesday. REALIA Spanish real estate company Realia, controlled by Mexican tycoon Carlos Slim, announced on Tuesday a 44.7 per cent year-on-year decline in first-quarter revenues amid a significant drop in development deliveries. TALGO The Spanish train manufacturer said on Tuesday the Danish Railway Company DSB placed an additional 184 million euro ($201.72 million) order for the supply of eight Intercity trains. DURGO FELGUERA Duro Felguera said on Tuesday it won a contract to build three photovoltaic plants in the Spanish city of Cuenca. COLONIAL Citigroup cut its target price to 3.5 euros from 4.9 euros.
