TOKYO, April 20 (Reuters) - The Bank of Japan on
Thursday maintained its assessment for seven of the country's
nine economic regions, saying they were "picking up" or "picking
up moderately."
In a quarterly report analysing regional economies of Japan,
the central bank revised up its assessment for one region and
downgraded it for another.
