Med crude-Urals diffs stable, premiums for Azeri BTC firm

MOSCOW, April 20 (Reuters) - Urals crude oil differentials to dated Brent were stable on Thursday, while premiums for Azeri BTC oil firmed on good demand.
* Premiums for May-loading Azeri BTC crude oil were rising due to improved demand from refiners in the Mediterranean ahead of the coming summer season, traders said.


* Pakistan has placed its first order for discounted Russian crude oil under a deal struck between Islamabad and Moscow, the country's petroleum minister said, with one cargo to dock at the port of Karachi in May. PLATTS WINDOW
* Azerbaijan's SOCAR sold 650,000 barrels of Azeri BTC oil loading on May 10-14 at dated Brent plus $3.85 per barrel to Eni, traders said.
* No bids or offers were made for Urals or CPC Blend in the Platts window on Thursday, traders said. NEWS
* China may cut quotas for refined oil products exports in a second batch for 2023 as domestic demand improves while the need to boost its economy through oil products abates, a Reuters survey showed. (Reporting by Reuters)
