TOKYO, April 21 (Reuters) - The Bank of Japan is expected to keep its ultra-easy monetary policy, including its interest rate targets and an allowance band set around the 10-year yield target, at next week's rate review, said four people familiar with its thinking. At the two-day rate review ending on April 28, the central bank will also leave unchanged its dovish guidance pledging to keep interest rates ultra-low for the time being, they said.
