Spanish stocks - Factors to watch on April 21

April 21 (Reuters) - The following Spanish stocks may be affected by newspaper reports and other factors on Friday. Reuters has not verified the newspaper reports, and cannot vouch for their accuracy:


BBVA The Spanish bank said on Friday it completed a buy-back program for 1.07% of its share capital. Separately, Citigroup raised its target price to 8.6 euros from 8.25 euros. LINEA DIRECTA Linea Directa said on Friday its first-quarter net result turned to a loss of 5.3 million euros ($5.81 million). TECNICAS REUNIDAS Tecnicas Reunidas said on Friday all shareholders who committed to subscribe new shares have notified the company. TUBACEX The firm said on Thursday it will propose a share capital reduction for 1.1 million euros ($1.21 million). GRUPO EMPRESARIAL SAN JOSE The company said on Thursday it will to pay a gross dividend of 0.10 euros ($0.1096) per share. METROVACESA Spanish bank BBVA will disburse 35.05 million euros in two loans to the real estate company, Spanish newspaper Cinco Dias reported on Friday.
