Japan to subsidize half of costs for lithium and key mineral projects- Nikkei

April 23 (Reuters) - Japan's Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry will subsidize half the cost of smelting and mine development projects of important minerals including lithium by Japanese companies, Nikkei Asia reported on Sunday.
