BEIJING, April 25 (Reuters) - China produced 84.97
tonnes of gold in the first quarter of 2023, a rise of 1.9%
compared to the same period a year before, thanks to capacity
among domestic producers recovering to pre-pandemic levels, the
China Gold Association said on Tuesday.
Gold consumption in the world's largest gold consumer grew
12.03% year-on-year to 291.6 tonnes over January-March, it said.
