SANTANDER The bank said on Friday it completed buy-back program for 1.64% of its share capital. SABADELL S&P Global Ratings said on Friday it maintained Banco Sabadell's long-term rating of BBB, improving outlook from stable to positive. AIRTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE STRUCTURES The company said on Sunday it signed a contract for the construction of a river navigation project in Colombia, in consortium with two local companies. INDITEX RBC raised its target price to 34 euros from 32 euros. BANKINTER Deutsche Bank raised to "buy" from "hold" and raised its target price to 7.45 euros from 7.15 euros. ENDESA RBC cut its target price to 19.5 euros from 20 euros. FCC The company said its first quarter net profit rose to 96.9 million euros from 85.1 million euros last year.
