ZURICH/BERLIN, April 24(Reuters) - Here are some of the main factors that may affect Swiss stocks on Monday:


CREDIT SUISSE First-quarter results due. Separately, the Financial Times reported Santander is in talks to hire several of Credit Suisse's senior investment bankers.


GAM HOLDING AG Swiss lender Zuercher Kantonalbank, known locally as ZKB, has held takeover talks with GAM Holding AG, the Financial Times reported on Saturday, citing people familiar with the matter.
