India New Issue-Birla Group Holdings to issue 1-year CP - bankers

MUMBAI, April 25 (Reuters) - India's Birla Group Holdings plans to raise funds by selling commercial papers maturing in one year, three merchant bankers said on Tuesday. The company will offer a yield of 8.55% on the issue, for which it has received commitments worth around 2.50 billion Indian rupees ($30.53 million) so far, the merchant bankers said.
