Earlier this month, LIC Housing Finance raised 10 billion
rupees through the reissue of 7.82% January 2026 bonds at a
7.7951% yield.

MUMBAI, April 26 (Reuters) - India's LIC Housing Finance plans to raise at least 5 billion Indian rupees
($61.01 million) through the reissue of 7.80% December 2027
bonds, three merchant bankers said on Wednesday.
The housing financier has invited bids from investors and
bankers on Thursday, they said.
The bonds are rated AAA by Crisil and the issue will be
settled on Friday.
The issue has a greenshoe option to retain an additional 15
billion rupees.
