MUMBAI, April 26 (Reuters) - India's Tata Capital
Financial Services Ltd has accepted bids worth 1.80 billion
rupees ($22 million) for the reissue of 8.1165% May 2026 bonds,
three merchant bankers said on Wednesday.
The company will offer a yield of 7.95%, and had invited
bids for the reissue on Tuesday, they said.
The bonds are rated AAA by ICRA, and the issue will be
settled later in the day.
In February, the company raised an aggregate of 3.63 billion
rupees via multiple tenor bonds.
