GLOBAL MARKETS Stocks fell broadly, while the U.S. dollar also weakened early on Tuesday, as investors weigh corporate earnings and economic growth outlooks in a busy week.
ERDOGAN SCHEDULE President Tayyip Erdogan will speak at an event to mark the anniversary of the constitutional court's foundation (0800 GMT). He will then attend events for the appointment of thousands of disabled teachers (0900 GMT), an award ceremony (1100 GMT) and a youth event (1400 GMT).
SYRIA MEETING IN MOSCOW Ankara said the Syrian, Turkish, Russian and Iranian defence ministers are set to meet in Moscow on Tuesday amid efforts to rebuild Turkey-Syria ties, after years of animosity during the Syrian war.
OPPOSITION PRESIDENTIAL CANDIDATE Kemal Kilicdaroglu, presidential candidate of the main opposition alliance, will hold election rallies in the western provinces of Eskisehir (1130 GMT) and Burdur (1430 GMT).
ERDOGAN ALLY RALLIES Devlet Bahceli, leader of the party allied with Erdogan's AK Party, will hold election rallies in the central Turkish provinces of Nevsehir (1100 GMT) and Nigde (1400 GMT).
BLACK SEA GRAIN DEAL The head of the Russian Grain Union said on Monday the Black Sea grain deal to facilitate Ukrainian agricultural exports had not yielded anything positive for Russia or helped facilitate supplies to the global market.
