LONDON, April 25 (Reuters) - Britain trimmed its
estimate for government bond issuance in the current 2023/24
financial year after the publication of new public finances data
that showed less borrowing in the previous financial year than
previously estimated.
The Debt Management Office cut its gilt issuance remit to
237.8 billion pounds ($296.92 billion), down 3.3 billion pounds
on the previous remit issued in March.
