MOSCOW, April 26 (Reuters) - Russia's statistics agency
Rosstat omitted monthly oil production data from its latest
economic report published on Wednesday.
Rosstat declined to comment on the omission.
Moscow has suspended or delayed publishing key statistics
since the start of what it calls a "special military operation"
in Ukraine in February 2022.
Russia, a leading crude producer, decided to cut its output
by 500,000 barrels per day, or around 5% of its production,
until the end of the year to support prices for oil and oil
products.
