said a decree signed by Russian President Vladimir Putin to
establish control over energy firms Uniper and Fortum was not affecting his company so far, but Russia's
policies were "unpredictable" and "unreliable."
"We currently are not affected by this decree," Mehren said
in a call with reporters.
