April 28 (Reuters) - The London Metal Exchange (LME)
will be closed on May 1 for a bank holiday while the Shanghai
Futures Exchange will be shut over May 1-3 for the Labor Day
holiday, the bourses said.
Reuters will have no base metals market report on May 1 and
will run a truncated report over May 2-3, with normal reporting
resuming on May 4.
The LME will also be closed on May 8 on the occasion of the
coronation of Britain's King Charles. Reuters will run a
truncated report on that day, with normal reporting resuming on
May 9.
