April 28 (Reuters) - Global credit ratings agency Fitch
downgraded France's sovereign credit rating on Friday by one
notch to 'AA-' from 'AA', citing a potential deadlock and social
movements posing a risk to President Emmanuel Macron's reform
agenda.
"Social and political pressures illustrated by the protests
against the pension reform will complicate fiscal
consolidation," the agency said.
France's outlook was changed to stable from negative.
