MUMBAI, April 28 (Reuters) - India's Bajaj Finance Ltd has accepted bids worth 10.95 billion rupees ($133.9
million) for the reissue of 7.90% April 2028 bonds, three
merchant bankers said on Friday.
The company will pay a yield of 7.86% on this issue, for
which it had invited bids earlier in the day.
The bonds are rated AAA by Crisil, and the issue will be
settled next week.
Earlier this month, the company raised 13.17 billion rupees
via bonds maturing in two years and two months at an annual
coupon of 7.89%.
