MUMBAI, April 28 (Reuters) - India's Magnite Developers
Pvt Ltd has accepted bids worth 4 billion rupees (about $49
million) through bonds maturing in three years, 11 months and
three days, two bankers said on Friday.
The company will pay coupon of 10% on this bond issue, for
which it had invited bids on Thursday.
The notes are provisionally rated BB- by Infomerics and
carry a put option on March 31, 2026. The bonds will mature on
March 31, 2027.
