India New Issue-Tata Capital Financial to reissue May 2025 bonds - bankers

MUMBAI, April 28 (Reuters) - Tata Capital Financial Services is planning to raise at least 1 billion rupees ($12.23 million) through the reissue of 6.70% May 2025 bonds, two merchant bankers said on Friday. The company has invited bids from investors and bankers on Wednesday for the issue, they said.


The issue has a greenshoe option to retain an additional subscription of 4 billion rupees.


The bonds are rated AAA by ICRA and the issue will be settled later next week.


Earlier this week, the company raised 1.80 billion rupees via the reissue of 8.1165% May 2026 bonds at a yield of 7.95%.
