INCHEON, South Korea, May 2 (Reuters) - Asian finance leaders on Tuesday reiterated the need to remain vigilant to the potential spillovers to the region from the recent U.S. and European banking sector turmoil. "While the recent banking sector turmoil in the U.S. and Europe has had limited direct spillovers for the region, the Meeting reiterates the need to remain vigilant," the finance ministers and central bank governors of the ASEAN countries plus Japan, South Korea and China, said in a joint statement issued after their meeting in Incheon, South Korea.
