MANILA, May 2 (Reuters) - The Philippine government
posted a budget deficit of 210.3 billion pesos ($3.8
billion) in March, versus a deficit of 187.7 billion pesos in
the same period last year, the Bureau of the Treasury said in a
statement on Tuesday.
