May 2 (Reuters) - The following Spanish stocks may be affected by newspaper reports and other factors on Tuesday. Reuters has not verified the newspaper reports, and cannot vouch for their accuracy:


REPSOL Spain's Repsol has reached an agreement with Chinese energy conglomerate Sinopec to buy the 49% of a joint venture in the North Sea it does not already own, it said on Friday, settling a long-running arbitration between them. ENAGAS Enagas said on Monday Spain reached an all-time record in export of natural gas by pipeline to France in April. INDRA The Italian defence group Leonardo said on Monday it finalised the sale of the air traffic management business of its U.S. subsidiary Selex EX to Indra Air Traffic, a company controlled by Spain's Indra Sistemas. The deal was originally announced in November. ACCIONA Acciona, in consortium with the Saudi financial services firm Swicorp, has won a bid for the construction and operation of a 75 megawatt wind farm in Tunisia, a project worth about 150 million euros ($164.78 million), Spanish newspaper Expansion said on Tuesday.
