Ltd plans to raise at least 10 billion rupees ($122.3
million) through bonds maturing in 10 years, three bankers said
on Wednesday.
The company has invited bids from bankers and investors for
the bond issue next Monday.
The issue also has a greenshoe option of 30 billion rupees.
The bonds are rated AAA by CRISIL and the issue will be
settled later next week.
In April, the company raised 17.30 billion rupees via the
reissue of 7.80% December 2027 bonds at a yield of 7.77%.
