BBVA The bank said on Tuesday it closed a debt issue worth 1 billion euros, with a term of 3 years and with the possibility of early repayment after two years. CIE AUTOMOTIVE The company said on Tuesday it completed the acquisition of Iber-Oleff Brasil for an enterprise value of 20 million euros. LABORATORIO REIG JOFRE The company said on Tuesday it will pay on May 24 a scrip dividend in cash to shareholders who requested cash payment of the dividend in accordance with the purchase commitment.
