* Indonesia's Pertamina, a key consumer of West African
crude, issued a new large tender for four cargoes of
July-arriving crude.
* A previous offer for term cargoes for one month each
beginning in July and ending in September closed last week, but
results had yet to emerge.
* Angola's state oil company Sonangol was still offering a
cargo of Kissanje crude at dated Brent plus $1.20
* Vitol continued to offer a cargo of Nigerian Agbami
crude, but for around the second week had yet to attract a
buyer.
* Chinese labour day holidays again paused any new Chinese
purchases, dealing a blow particularly to Angolan and Congolese
crude sales.
