May 4 (Reuters) - Romania sold a more than planned 809.5
million lei ($181.64 million) worth of October 2026 bonds and a
more than planned 975.5 million lei worth of April 2031 bonds on
Thursday, with the average accepted yield of 7.00% and 7.34%
respectively, central bank data showed.
Debt managers, who had planned to sell 600 million lei of the
October 2026 paper, last tendered the bonds in April 2023 at an
average yield of 7.17% and planned to sell 600 million lei of
the April 2031 paper, last tendered the bonds in April 2023 at
an average yield of 7.40%.
