India New Issue-HDB Financial Services to reissue Aug 2025 bonds - bankers

MUMBAI, May 9 (Reuters) - India's HDB Financial Services plans to raise at least 2 billion rupees ($24.46 million) through the reissue of 7.70% August 2025 bonds, three merchant bankers said on Tuesday.


The company has invited bids from investors and bankers on Wednesday for the bond issue, they said.


The issue has a greenshoe option to retain an additional subscription of 10 billion rupees.


The bonds are rated AAA by CARE and the issue will be settled later this week.
