BOLLORE /CMA CGM: French family-run conglomerate Bollore said on Monday it had received a put option from shipping group CMA CGM to buy its logistics unit for an enterprise value of 5 billion euros ($5.5 billion).


GTT : GTT announced on Monday it has received an approval in principle from Bureau Veritas for the design of a LNG dual-fuel very large crude carrier (VLCC).
