ABN AMRO : Dutch bank ABN Amro on Wednesday beat analyst expectations with a 77% jump in first-quarter net profit to 523 million euros ($576 million), helped by rising interest rates and lower costs.


AIRBUS :


Airbus delivered 54 airplanes in April, bringing its total for the year to 181, down 5% from the same period a year ago.


ALSTOM : French train maker Alstom on Wednesday said it expected its operating margin to rise in the current fiscal year, saying market momentum remained very positive with an growing pipeline of orders.


BIOMERIÉUX : Biomerieux received FDA CLIA-Waiver clearance in the United States Biofire Spotfire Respiratory Panel, allowing for the device and two existing respiratory panels to be used by non-lab professionals at point-of-care.


COVIVIO : Covivio announced the cancellation of a secondary listing on Euronext Milan from 26 June 2023.


CREDIT AGRICOLE : Credit Agricole SA , France's second-biggest listed bank, posted better-than-expected earnings on Wednesday, as market volatility boosted trading revenue.


FRENCH ECONOMY: Taiwanese company ProLogium will build a battery "gigafactory" in Dunkirk, northern France, two sources said on Tuesday, as European countries and carmakers seek to lure suppliers of key components for electric vehicles onto their home turf.


GROUPE BRUXELLES LAMBERT : Groupe Bruxelles Lambert announced the success of its 10-year institutional bond issue for 500 million euros.


ROTHSCHILD & CO : Rothschild & Co posted a 10% drop in first-quarter sales on Tuesday, as global mergers and acquisition activity fell to the lowest level in more than a decade.


SAINT-GOBAIN /TH GROUPE: Saint-Gobain acquired a minority stake in TH, a company specialising in the off-site construction of low-carbon turnkey modular housing.
