WASHINGTON, May 10 (Reuters) - The U.S. Public Company
Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB) on Wednesday published the
findings of its inspections of KPMG in China and
PriceWaterhouseCoopers in Hong Kong, after the watchdog got
access to Chinese company auditors' records for the first time
last year. The agency said it found extensive significant
deficiencies in both auditors' work.
