Iraq asks Turkey to resume northern oil exports on May 13

May 11 (Reuters) - Iraq's oil minister said on Thursday that Iraq asked Turkey to restart northern oil export flows to the Turkish port of Ceyhan starting May 13, the Iraqi Oil Ministry reported in a statement.


Iraq's state-owned crude marketer SOMO informed Turkish state energy company BOTAS of the resumption of exports and loading operations starting May 13, he added. (Reporting by Ahmed Rasheed; writing by Yomna Ehab; Editing by Leslie Adler)
