TELEFONICA Spanish telecom firm Telefonica said on Thursday its first-quarter net profit fell 58% from the same period a year earlier, although at 298 million euros ($328 million) still beating expectations. AUDAX RENOVABLES Audax Renovables said on Monday its EBITDA in the first quarter was up at 23.1 million euros ($25.43 million). DURO FELGUERA The company said on Wednesday it agreed with the Romanian supplier of natural gas Romgaz to complete works on the Iernut combined cycle power plant.
